I would suggest 7mm Elios wetsuit open cell inside and nylon outside ( for me long John trousers are the best choice). I'm using this type of suit in Latvia (Baltic sea) for this season and this is my best wetsuit so far. for me 5 mm socks and 5mm 3-finger gloves with water-stop are enough for 4-5 h...
