northern Finland weather condidions

Could You tell me what is the weather condition in northern Finland from may to september. I mean water and air temperatures, the visibility at lakes and baltic... the wind (storms etc...) in general... I'm going to plan the spearo trip to Finland, northern Sweden and Norway but I don't know much about Your country.
