Yes it counts, but only weight points.
(fish points is zero, for these fishes)

weigth points-->
1 point / 100g.
Maximum weigth points is up to 2 kg / fish.
So you spear 1890g pike poits are 19.

if you spear 3580g pike points are 20.

i will update to species names to rules soon, (few days)
Also in latin names, so you can google those better.
