Sveiks to everybody!
Baltic Sea Championships was really very nice competition. And not because we won first place. It was really nice place, enough fish (especially second day) and very friendly atmosphere. Grate thanks to teamkampela and organizing committee. We hope, that Latvian team in new "measure made" suits (we still waiting him from Marea Sub) will be constant and strong team on this competition, and not only in Finland

Postby Maza » 9.12.2004 23:58:33

I think that the Baltic championships is going to be at middle of september at Norway! And of course we can try to have also team Germany in to the competition. But somebody told me that spearfishing is illegal in Germany. I dont know if they can participate officially! Matti

Yes, spearfishing is illegal in Germany. But nobody can prohibit to spearfish them in other countries. If you know, they already took part in Kristiansund Cup 2003.

And I just came from Lofoten, it was great but I did not catch any super big fish, but it is great place. More details later in my fishing diary!

Danish guys refuse to organise Baltic Sea Championship? Igor from Estonia is ready to organise BSC in island Aegna on Tallinn bay after August - in September, October, November. In November will be to cold and stormy. So, if somebody is interesting, give a date. In September? Competition will be free (no participating payment), just for transport to island. Accomodation in own tents.
